When will my order arrive?

Order turn around times are 1-2 weeks, we aim to send out deliveries as soon as possible but they will never be any later than 14 days. In any rare occasions that will will take longer, we will always email you.

 

How shall I wash my garment?

We advise either hand washing or putting your garment on a 30 degree handwash/woollen/delicate setting in the washing machine. Never tumble dry, lay flat whilst drying.

 

Do you delivery to my country?

We deliver worldwide, all items are sent tracked. 

Customs - if you live in a country where tax is payable upon delivery, this is the customers responsibility to pay for this and it is not included in the products final price.

 

Can I have a second name?

Second names are charged at £5 extra

 

Is everything hand knitted?

Most of our stock is hand knitted by our amazing knitters, who have been knitting for us for years. Some of the cardigans and jumpers are machine knitted.
